Florida's Finest - Bronze Statue by W. Stanley "Sandy" Proctor

The entrance park of Florida’s Governor’s Mansion features a bronze statue called “Florida’s Finest.” This statue depicts five children and a dog playing “Follow the Leader” on the top of three logs of a fallen tree. First Lady Rhea Chiles commissioned the statue because she wanted future residents of the Governor’s Mansion to look out the window every morning and see children playing.
